Support & corrections

Support and privacy

For support, access, correction or deletion requests and privacy complaints, write to funding-support@ecopromise.com in English or French. The privacy contact is Robert Stein, for Pinnacle Investments Inc., Quebec, Canada.

Include the issue type, date, time and timezone, tool or program name and a redacted error. Do not send full files, identity documents, passwords, tokens or screenshots containing personal information.

No response time is guaranteed. This is not an emergency channel. Read the privacy policy for correspondence handling and privacy requests.

Catalogue corrections

  1. Give the program name or ID and disputed field.
  2. Include the official URL, date checked and observed change.
  3. The owner verifies availability and conflicts before any correction.
  4. A reviewed correction retains sources, date and history.

A report does not automatically change the catalogue. Correspondence and contact details stay separate from public facts. Coverage is partial and scheduled observation is limited to four pilot sources.

Connection problems

After a failure, record the time and visible message; avoid repeated attempts or recreating connections. Do not send secrets. The original connection issue is not established as resolved.
