FUNDING ALMANAC

Terms of use

Informational website and access

Funding Almanac describes a Canadian business-support research and preliminary-preparation tool for business owners and advisers, in English and French. This release is informational only: beta admission and public installation are unavailable. It does not establish approval by OpenAI or a government body.

The approved model is a free restricted beta. This website accepts no payment. Future use may require a compatible ChatGPT account; its terms and any fees are separate.

Results and responsibility

Results are informational, not personalized legal, tax or financial advice. Official sources and administrators’ decisions control. Verify availability, eligibility, contributions, repayment, dates and eligible spending before making commitments. Published caps are not promised amounts.

Eligibility, approval, funding amounts and submission readiness are not guaranteed. Preliminary briefs may contain Unknowns, stale information or conflicts. The service does not send messages, submit applications or act for a funder. Coverage is partial and scheduled observation is limited to four pilot sources.

Conduct and availability

Use only personal approved accounts; do not share credentials or bypass controls. Advisers must have authority to use the information they provide and minimize it. Do not provide secrets, unnecessary sensitive information or misleading claims. No abuse or bulk automated harvesting.

The service may be interrupted, changed or restricted for security, abuse or the end of the beta, with notice where practicable. A bounded developer-connection renewal test succeeded; the original connection issue remains unresolved. General reliability, public installation, continuous availability and guaranteed support response times are not promised.

Applicable law and preserved rights

These terms are governed by Quebec law and applicable Canadian federal law. They do not limit mandatory rights or statutory remedies and do not require mandatory arbitration. No special contractual liability cap is added. Applicable rights in third-party content remain.
